I am a one of a small handful of individuals across a few products to earn a Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) designation and also be awarded as a Microsoft MVP. I earned my MCM on Exchange Server 2010 and also received the Microsoft Certified Solutions Master: Messaging update. My career on Exchange Server started in 1997 when I was chosen by my employer to travel to Microsoft Premier Support in Charlotte, NC, and work on the Osmium (Exchange 5.5) beta support team. It was a phenomenal experience and truly helped set my direction, from a technical standpoint. While I have worked on a large number of Microsoft and 3rd party products over the years, Exchange and Exchange Online occupied the top position for many years. Recently my key focus areas have shifted to include a wider array of cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, with particular focus on IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), VMSS (Virtual Machine Scale Sets) and ARM (Azure Resource Manager).
